The following Terms and Conditions are valid between Consumer (‘you’) and Little Basics B.V. (‘Little Basics/we/us’) and apply to all use of and orders placed on the website littlebasics.com (‘Website’). By using the Website and/or placing an order on the Website you confirm that you have read the Terms and Conditions and accept them.

We may change the Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice. You are responsible for keeping updated with changes in the Terms and Conditions. Please note that the Terms and Conditions that are valid for your order are always the Terms and Conditions in effect as of the time you place your order, and not a later version. You should file a copy of these Terms and Conditions on your computer.

Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this Website.

  1. Terms of Sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase an item on and subject to the Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Eligibility to order

To place an order with Little Basics you must be at least 16 years old, be a consumer (not a reseller) and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate.

Order confirmation

When you place an order on our Website, we will send you an order confirmation email. Please note that the confirmation email is an acknowledgement that we have received your order, but it is not an acceptance of your order.

Acceptance and shipping confirmation

All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with all relevant information about your order. The shipping confirmation is our acceptance of your order.

Right to reject

We may, at our discretion, choose not to accept your order for any reason without any liability to you. Examples of when we may not accept your order include (but not limited to):

  1. The product ordered is unavailable from stock;
  2. Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment;
  3. The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion;
  4. If we suspect any fraudulent activity;
  5. If shipping restrictions may apply to a product.

If we are unable to deliver within accordance to the terms in the confirmation, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. If we have already received payment, we will refund you the amount.

Quality of products

We aim to describe the item(s) on the Website as correctly as possible. However, as a result of different image acquisition, display technologies or other technical reasons, minor differences in colour and other variations in item(s) are possible. Little Basics cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.


  1. Price and payments


The prices shown on the Website include Dutch VAT of 21%. Prices are quoted in Euro (EUR) and do not include service, payment or delivery.

The prices shown on the Website may vary from time to time. Little Basics is not bound by the price until Little Basics has accepted the order by sending the shipping confirmation to you. Little Basics reserves the right to change, limit or terminate any special offers or discounts at any time.

Price changes

We always try to ensure that all prices on the Website are accurate, however errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any item(s) which you have ordered, we will notify you by email about the price change and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be canceled. We are not able to compensate for price differences with placing orders or returns.

Limited Edition and Pre-order

Items eligible for pre-order or "labeled" limited edition are falling into a specific pricing regulation. Those items are not eligible for any sort of discount or sale. Therefore, if you have received a discount code from Little Basics it is not valid for those specific products. It is currently not possible to apply a discount on any "regular" item if the cart contains a pre-order/limited edition product. Please place a different order if you'd like to apply your discount on the related item.

When pre-ordering a product, a shipping date will be communicated on the product page and on your confirmation email. That date is given as indicative and may be subject to change after your order has been processed. We will be doing everything in our power to meet that date, but major events could affect the shipment and/or delivery. In such a case, please note that our team will inform you as soon as we are aware of any delay or issue related with your order/shipment.

When ordering an item eligible for pre-order and an item on current stock, your order will be split into two different shipments: the first shipment for the item in stock will be processed right away and a second, for the pre-ordered item, will be processed when the product will be released on our side. There will be no extra cost for shipping the products. The shipping costs apply as a normal order, please find more information on our Shipping & Delivery page. 


We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, iDeal, Visa and Shop Pay.

When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, its period of validity and the CVC code. We make use of MasterCard SecureCode and SSL encryption, which prevent unauthorized access to card details. We do not store card numbers after the transaction has been completed. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorize payment, then you will be notified immediately at the check out.


Please note that local charges (customs duty, sales tax) may apply, depending on your region and local customs duties. The charges are at your own expense.


  1. Newsletter Subscription discount


The registration takes place via the dedicated pop up on the Little Basics website or the footer subscription box. Once your email address is entered, you will receive a confirmation email and once your email address is confirmed, you will receive a discount code of 10%.

The email with the voucher code can take up to 15 minutes to arrive in your email box. If you haven't received anything after 15-20 minutes, please contact our customer service at hello@littlebasics.com


The credit is only valid on the Little Basics website, for Little Basics products.

The credit is not refundable in any other form than a credit valid on the Little Basics website or one of our stores.

The credit is not applicable on discounted products and cannot be combined with any other kind of discount or ongoing sale.

The credit can be combined with a Gift Card.

The credit is only valid for future orders.

The credit is valid for a period of 6 months from the subscription date.


The credit is personal and limited to one per person. Therefore, one credit per email address, first name and last name is applicable.

Little Basics has the right to remove the credit, cancel an order and ask for a refund in case of any type of suspicious / fraud behavior.

No credit can be applied on orders processed prior to the subscription to the newsletter (and via the dedicated subscription box).

  1. Delivery

Shipping details

Shipping rates are applied per order. The exact shipping rates depend on the country to which your order is being delivered and the total amount of the order. All packages have a tracking number so the package can be tracked. This tracking number will be shared in the shipping confirmation email.

In case shipping details are not complete and/or correct given by the customer or the package is refused, return shipping cost and handling fee will be charged to the customer. The fee varies depending on shipping location. Shipping fees will apply for resending the package to the updated address. If you have entered incorrect shipping details, please contact our customer service team at hello@littlebasics.com.

Delivery time

We aim to deliver your order in Europe within 1-3 working days. For all countries outside Europe we aim to deliver within 5 business days. If you have not received your delivery within the number of days shown for your country in the table "Shipping Information", please contact our Customer Service. Please note that we are not held responsible for any delays resulting from postal delays.


  1. Return

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw within 14 days. To exercise this right, send us a written request per email. Because we start to process your order as soon as it is submitted, we might not be able to prevent the shipment. Exceptions can be made only if we haven’t sent you the shipping confirmation yet, so please contact us if you would like to cancel your order to see if there is a possibility to cancel.

Right of return

You have the right to return purchased items within 30 days of the shipping date, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, use the Return Form that comes with your order. You can also return items ordered on our Website in one of our physical stores.

All original packaging with pricing, labels and hangtags must be intact. All item(s) must be returned in a box to protect their form. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and we may charge you for the shipping costs in case we have to send you back the item(s).

Refund information

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). Your refund will be processed, you can expect to see your money refunded to the original payment method within 10 days.

The shipping fee you have paid with your order is non-refundable, unless you received a wrong or a damaged item.

Errors, inaccuracies and omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our Website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges and availability. At any time and without prior notice, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions; change or update information; or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate.

Intellectual property rights

All elements on the Website are owned by or licensed to Little Basics and its affiliates. All elements of the Website including (but not limited to) the content and photography, can be protected by copyright, moral rights, database rights, trademark and other laws relating to intellectual property rights.

You are authorized to use this material only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may download, print and store copies of this material for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not publish, duplicate, distribute or otherwise reproduce the content to others without prior consent from Little Basics.

Limitation of liability

Little Basics will not be liable for any indirect, direct, additional or consequential damages that may result from the use or content of our Website, including damages caused by viruses or any incorrectness or incompleteness of the information on the Website; the performance of the products; or otherwise arising in connection with the use of these Terms and Conditions, even if Little Basics has been advised of the possibility of any such damages.

Third parties

On our Website you may find third party links that direct you to third party websites which are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for these links or for any loss or damage that may arise from use of them. These websites have their own separate Terms and Conditions as well as privacy policies. Little Basics is not responsible and cannot be held liable for the content and activities of these websites.


Each provision of the Terms and Conditions shall be construed separately and independently of each other. If any provision is deemed invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from and shall not affect the enforceability of any of the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

Privacy Policy

By placing an order you agree and understand that we may collect, use, store and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


  1. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. In the event of a dispute or claim associated with these Terms and Conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch Courts.
