Return policy

We accept returns on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed and tags attached) within 14 days of the shipping date.

To start your return please visit our return portal.

 

Orders outside Benelux

1. Fill in the return form and place it together with the items you want to return.

2. Seal the package securely.

3. Return at your nearest post office and send it to our return address below. The return shipment costs must be paid by the customer and are not covered by Little Basics.

4. Please keep receipts and tracking numbers as proof of your return.

Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). Your refund will be processed, you can expect to see your money refunded to the original payment method within 10 days.

Exchange
If you want to exchange an item you will need to place a new order and return the original product for a refund.
