My Order

Will I receive confirmation that my order has been placed?

A confirmation email will be sent to your email within a few minutes of purchase. If you do not receive one, please contact us.

When will I receive my order?

Once your order left our warehouse, you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation including a tracking code to track your order.

Orders placed before 2:00PM (Mon-Fri) will be shipped the same day.

Can I cancel my order or make changes?

Please contact us at hello@littlebasics.com. If your order is not fulfilled yet we can change your order.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDeal, Visa and Shop Pay.

How can I track my order?

Once your order left our warehouse, you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation including a tracking code to track your order.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping costs depends on the country the order is shipped to. During your checkout, shipping cost will be calculated based on your shipping address.

Why do I pay for shipping?

We all love the myth of free shipping, but end of the day, those costs are simply hidden somewhere in the price of each product. We prefer our prices to be 100% transparent and as low and accessible as possible. So when it comes to shipping, you pay what we pay, nothing more, nothing less.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed and tags attached) within 14 days of the shipping date.

How do I start a return?

Please visit our return portal to create a return shipping label.

How long do returns take to process?

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). Your refund will be processed, you can expect to see your money refunded to the original payment method within 10 days.

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we do not offer online exchanges at this time. If you want to exchange an item you will need to place a new order and return the original product for a refund.
